Canada Housing Market in Massive Trouble

suburbs

I’ve said it long before and I will say it again: We are in trouble.

Whereas I think in some instances there is exaggeration on the fall of the market in big cities where there is an inward push from the suburbs to the centre, it does appear the market is adjusting by thousands.

The problem are too many homes and condos on the market at prices that were once achievable when the market was tight.

Now there is no reason to pay the over-inflated prices, because when demand is down, there is an over-supply of properties.

When realtor after realtor is responsible for buying into many of the brand new properties out there in the hopes of "flipping" them, we are also in trouble.

They have helped to create and over-inflated market.
